Operating special communications, radar and UAV systems places strict demands on power-source reliability. Engineering TiM designs and manufactures industrial battery chargers built for fail-safe service in harsh climates and as part of special-purpose equipment. The company supplies reliable chargers to Minsk and other regions, giving logistics units hardware with direct control of each channel’s electrical parameters.
When unmanned aircraft and robotic platforms are in service, a dedicated drone-battery charger keeps onboard packs ready without capacity loss. In-house production in the Republic of Belarus ensures the circuitry matches the declared specifications, strictly observing Li-ion and Li-polymer service regimes.
The serial line is represented by the microprocessor-controlled intelligent charger UZ 02X06S10A, designed for military acceptance and hard industrial use:
Supply voltage: 230 V AC at 50 Hz industrial frequency.
Port architecture: two independent charge power ports and two balancing ports for 6SxP modules with per-channel settings.
Charge mode: two-stage CC-CV ending only when module cells are fully balanced, preventing cell degradation.
Adjustment ranges: 0.8 to 10 A in the constant-current (CC) stage; end voltage 24.7 to 25.2 V — a precision charger for 24 V packs.
Protection and cut-off: hardware short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection; operation blocked if any cell is below 2.5 V or above 4.3 V.
Size and mass: (150 × 220 × 75) ± 15 mm, mass not more than 2.5 kg.
Mass up to 2.5 kg allows delivering the unit to the forward edge by drone.
Technically sound maintenance of high-current packs ensures fire/explosion safety and preserves battery life:
Input diagnostics: light indication shows the connected module status at once and blocks power on critical imbalance or a cell outside the 2.5 V threshold.
Precision CC-CV algorithm: a specialized Li-ion charger avoids electrolyte overheating via a smooth shift from current to voltage control.
Scheduled service: using the dedicated recovery charger, deeply discharged sections are returned to nominal mode without exceeding the start current.
Hardware protection against connection errors prevents port burnout: built-in circuits protect against reverse polarity and short circuit (SC). The system is essential when power connectors are mis-mated under light discipline or in thick tactical gloves.
Defence industry enterprises, security agencies and systems integrators can buy a battery charger by bank transfer with a product passport and factory test records. Final price depends on order volume, connector types for customer modules and integration requirements.
Every multi-channel battery charging station undergoes 100% acceptance testing under full load. Equipment is shipped with prompt delivery to all regions of Belarus.
